Burnt OutYou may have noticed that I'm not hanging out here too often anymore. Neither have I been posting much work. I'm still snapping pictures, but nothing worth posting. Spring is finally here and I've been enjoying the outdoors more with my family. I'm coming off an exhausting two months of non-stop work, and now it's time to play. I think I'm going to walk away from the computer for awhile and take in some fresh air. I'm readjusting my spirit and discovering there's more to life than staring at phosphors all day. I've been working at the computer so much that my hands actually shake uncontrollably form (I guess) repetitive stress. I haven't had my doctor check it out. So if any of you want me to comment on your work, please email me directly rather than PM me here as I will only occasionally check here from time to time. Didn't think it was necessary to create a forum thread as I am not actually leaving, and I'm not sure anyone cares. So TT4N or whatever. |

I'm going to learn to play the guitar, read a few books, play with my children and cook dinner for my wife and do some volunteer work for probably the next 4 months or so. During which time I will take more pictures and post them here when they are good enough. I need to get my feet planted back onto firm ground before I can start running again. I'm also going to consider a career change, which will take a lot of guts at my age.
Dave, I am glad to have met people like you on my internet travels. I don't plan on leaving GFX, just not visiting as much. I find it hard to stay completely away.
